What is the minimum order?

50 is our minimum order quantity for both printed and unprinted bags. Large order welcome

What is the lead time on orders?

We are typically at a 7 days for small order around 50-500pcs, Rush Shipping options are available! If you have an event and need to get your bags quicker, please tell us.

What are the setup charges?

The setup charges will vary on the print method. please feel free to contact us, then we will inform you the cost

Can I order a sample?

We do able to send to prospective customers who are trying to decide on a style, material, etc. Complimentary samples are limited to 1 tote per customer.

Are rush options available if I need them sooner?

Yes! We can absolutely accommodate most rush orders. Give us a call to submit a rush request! Rush fees may apply.

Can I see a proof before production?

We offer the option to produce a pre-production sample. If you are interested in a pre-production sample prior to placing an order, please contact Customer Service.
